Commercial Construction Project Manager-  Always accepting applications, position may not be currently open
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years experience in commercial construction project management. Experience will include Public Bid work, estimating, contract negotiations, oversight of jobsite including regular meetings, and ongoing communication with job superintendent. Duties also include overall accountability for project timeframe and profits, and conflict resolution. Position includes full benefit package and company truck.
